Mediterranean Cafe incorporates Greek, Italian and the Lebanese styles of cooking. All of the food served is prepared in our kitchen using our own recipes. We make gyros from the freshest and highest-quality lamb and beef available, and every other ingredient we use in our dishes is equally fine and fresh.
Fred has been in the food industry for more than half of his life and established Mediterranean Cafe in 1995. He's always been proud of his success in business, and he believes he owes it to his loyal customers. He's very family-oriented and has a beautiful wife and three adorable children.
